Autism on my Mind

For the entire month of April, Stella & Dot is supporting Autism! 

20% of the proceeds from each of the 4 featured items will go to support the HollyRod Foundation. 

As a alumni of Alpha Xi Delta (we support Autism Speaks), and a future chiropractor who has the passion of working with children- especially the "spectrum" disorder children I have calling to support not only the HollyRod foundation, but any local Autism Speaks/Autism foundation.

I would LOVE to do an online donation trunk show (or if in Atlanta area, a home show), where the proceeds go to a local Autism Speaks group! If anyone is interested in hosting a show, I would love to chat!

P.S- The Summer Line Launches so, so soon!

I'm baaccckkk!

After taking a long blogging hiatus, I am BACK!
It's been a nutso 3 months with classes, but I'm ready to get back on this blogging train!

First things first:
Summer line, it launches in a few weeks! All I can say is S & D have added BAGS to their line. I'm really super pumped to see the summer line!

Second thing:
In April S & D gives a portion of their proceeds to a charity for Autism.
I would LOVE to pair up with anyone and everyone for a trunk show where I donate a portion of the sales to a charity for Autism. Children with Autism hold a special place in my heart; it's been one of the biggest motivators for me to get through Chiropractic school. I have a PASSION for helping these children. I just read the other day that 1 in 55 children are now being diagnosed with Autism.

My opinion: I LOVE the Spring Awakening Necklace. I personally don't own it, but it's my "goal" necklace! When I reach my trunk show goal--this is my next purchase. I can't wait to wear it with the coral, rose, fuchsia hues. It would also look absolutely fab with blues and greens!

My jewelry has FINALLY arrived! I seriously feel like it's been a million years since I placed the order..
I am in LOVE with all of my pieces. I think this is the first time that I have loved everything I ordered. Yeah..that's such a weird thing to say, but it's so true. The last few orders I've placed there have been a few pieces that I ordered that I thought would "grow" on me or would "look better in person" than in the catalogue...not true.
With this line I used the thought of "If I don't love it online, I won't love it on me".

Here's why I love this new Spring line:

1. My favorite colors are pink and orange (yes, I wear them together and have an obsession)

2. I love Spring and Summer

3. I thought their line was more practical this time around (meaning--I can wear more of it to clinic!)

4. For me, the line seemed much more versatile and easier to mix & match
