Stella & Dot has quite the collection of fabulous rings. Some fit by size, some are adjustable. I have huge fingers (size 9 ring size), and all the rings fit me.
Rings are such a great way to add a little something extra to an outfit. I wear rings often, because for me it's a great and simple way to dress an outfit and look amazing...and they don't get in the way when I'm caring for a patient.
Stella & Dot has many awesome pieces under $50. So I thought I'd feature my favorites under $50.
Some of these pieces I have, some I wish I had.
You can check all of these out at: www.stelladot.com/EricaNAnderson, go to the Under 50 tab
To start it off:
1. Gigi Earrings- I have the red, but they also come in black
How I wear them: With ANYTHING!
Jewelry I pair with: Olivia Bib Necklace, Bardot Spiral Bangle- Gold, Lindsay Bangle- Orange
2. Secret Garden Ring
How I wear it: With ANYTHING!
Jewelry I pair with: Secret Garden Cuff, Secret Garden Charm Necklace or Secret Garden Cluster Necklace
3. Nina Bracelet
**I don't have this, it's on the wishlist...my birthday is around the corner, and Christmas is soon**
4. Sole Bracelet
How I wear it: Casual outfits
This bracelet is special to me, as well as the shine bracelet (they don't have it anymore). It's special because I believe it was last April that all proceeds from this bracelet went to Autism Speaks. I am a proud supporter of Autism Speaks. I am not autistic, I don't have a family member with autism, but I have a heart to help these kids that have autism. I am an Alpha Xi Delta alum, and our organization we support is Autism Speaks. 1 in 88 kids have autism today. I have made it my personal mission as a future chiropractor to get extra training to help these children, because I don't want to see 1 in 88 go any lower....sorry for the rant.
5. Secret Garden Charm Necklace
How I wear this: Usually with V-Neck t's. Its a casual outfit necklace
First 3 people to book trunk shows with me will have the option of:
$50 in EXTRA jewelry credits
This really awesome Stella & Dot iPad case..which yes, does stand up
Booking disclaimer: I am in the Atlanta area, so I can do an at-home show with you. Any where else in this fabulous country- we gotta do an online show. No worries, those are just as successful. My mom has done 2 of them, both times she had a really good turn out in sale.
I am back! I took a little blogging hiatus to concentrate on passing my 9 finals. Yuck...everything went well and I'm back in action.
I took a little looksy at the Stella & Dot site today and found this little gem--lace. I freaking LOVE lace. I'm not the "girly-est" girl in the world, but give me some lace, cowboy boots and I am SET. Back to the jewelry...Stella & Dot has a few pieces that fit with the lace trend and I personally think they are fantastic. So I thought I would share it with you all (that's the northern way of saying y'all).
Lace is becoming more and more popular by the day. Stella & Dot's lace collection is perfect for any outfit. From casual to a night out on the town there is a something for everyone!
Here's a little preview of the lace collection.
My top 3 personal fav's (remember I'm a gold jewelry lover)
I am all about buying pieces that are versatile with a billion different outfit combinations. To me, it just makes sense. Buy a piece that you can wear with many things instead of just 1 thing. Stella & Dot is awesome about making their pieces versatile.
The ones I have featured below are pieces that I personally have--and wear often.
Here's a little bit about me....which will explain my outfit choices
What I do: Chiropractic Student
Clinic dress code: Business attire. In my head business attire=boring. We can wear skirts that come to our knee, but frankly I don't agree with that. Shoes HAVE TO BE CLOSED TOE. When I'm adjusting my patient, the last thing I want to think about is a wardrobe malfunction and giving one of my patients a show. Therefore MY dress code consists of dress pants or kahki's. A shirt of some type (tank, tee, etc..), and flats.
Side note: I wear studs 95% of the time..I think big earrings and hoops look funky on me. It's also hard to show an exact picture of the earring I'm wearing...and I'm not posting a picture of my earlobe on the internet. Sorry :)
