Monday Must Haves

There are so many awesome pieces that are a "Must Have" this season I thought I would feature a few of them!

These are all fabulous picks, and are top sellers. Personally, I have the Luna Wrap bracelet and love it. I love the mix of the metals and the fact that I can wear it with silver jewelry, gold jewelry, colored gemstones, etc.

Many of these picks are from our fall and holiday line, so they are all so new! I have the Gitane Tassel Necklace, and love how you can wear it multiple ways. You can even take the tassel off (it clips on/off) and just wear the beaded chain. This is how I wear the necklace when I am in clinic, and then I don't hit my patients in the face with my necklace. I just ordered the Serenity Stone Drops with this holiday order, and they are really pretty. I don't think online does them justice. I personally would wear the Gitane Tassel and the Serenity Stones together. 

Lastly, I have the Light bracelet as well as the Love and Courage bracelets. Here's my honest opinion on them....I have bear paws for hands, but my wrists are a normal size. I have a hard time getting them over my hand, but they fit perfect on my wrist because it is an adjustable tie. My concern- the chains on them are a little flimsy, I'm worried my bear paws will break it. BUT, they are beautiful and are super sparkly!

My personal favorite is the Astor 5 Strand. It's my favorite for a few reasons, the first is I've NEVER seen this necklace in the collection- but I think it is absolutely amazing. Think of putting it with a solid color top and you have turned a simple outfit, into something amazing.

Deck the Halls with Stella & Dot..

Yesterday I gave my picks on gifts for my cousins and friends. Today is all about my mom. My mom is not only my best friend, but absolutely completely amazing. I really have no words to describe her, because she's awesome. She's been a sports mom, a booster mom, a single mom when my dad is deployed, a military wife, and works an extra full time job as a logistics manager. Hey Everyone!
I have taken a blogging hiatus, but now I'm back! School has been totally nutso lately- had a huge exam to prepare for, plus patients, and class...the list is endless. But, the test is over (woo!) and I get my results this week (*fingers crossed*).

Here's what's new in my world of Stella & Dot:
The holiday's are around the corner and will be here before you know it! I am a student, by student I mean I take 26.5 credits a quarter, see patients, try to have a life and study. Therefore- I online shop. It's 1,000,000x easier for me. Yes, I do miss the hustle and bustle of the malls (especially since I live in Georgia and it doesn't really have the wintery feel for this northern gal); but, for the sake of convenience and my sanity I shop online.

Make Fall Fabulous

I know it's only October...Halloween hasn't even come and gone, Thanksgiving is around the corner, yet I am asking you to think about the holidays.

This year my family is doing Christmas at Thanksgiving. We are a proud military family, and my dad has been in Kuwait since July. His 2 weeks leave will be over Thanksgiving, so we are celebrating Thanksmas/Christgiving (Christmas and Thanksgiving) in November. Therefore...I have to start thinking about gifts NOW!

When I gift/ask for gifts, I think practical. I want to give and get a  gift that is practical, something that I can use more than once. So in the world of Stella & Dot  when choosing gifts I keep in mind 3 things: beautiful, affordable and versatile.
