How I wear Stella & Dot

Happy Friday!
This post is all about how I wear Stella & Dot. The line is so versatile and I love it. Plus, it comes in REALLY cute boxes..and I get really excited to open my jewelry every time I get an order in!
The picture below is one of my latest Martha Stewart projects I did last week. The idea didn't come from Martha Stewart, I just felt like her when I was crafting! The project was inspired by various Pinterest pins, and I've been looking for an inexpensive way to display/organize my jewelry. To see the full post you can visit my other blog- The Simple Life.
Here are 2 every day looks that I have put together, and worn in public--

Thursday June 7, 2012
Outfit: Eggplant colored tank from Gap, grayish colored shorts from Gap
Jewelry:
Necklace: Copa Necklace (it's hard to see but it is a gold chain with turquoise and 2 different shade of green beads)
Ring: Camilla Ring
Arm party: Bardot Spiral Bangle-GoldRenegade Cluster Bracelet
Friday June 8, 2012
Today was a dressy day for me. I had to look like a doctor today, because I had to go into clinic and meet with my clinic doctor. Our attire for clinic is business causal, so in 3 weeks get ready to see more business attire looks! Note: I DO NOT normally wear full make up to school, much less make sure my hair is done to the nine. Today was an exception :)

Outfit: Dark Blue silky tank from Target, black dress pants from J. Crew and black flats from Nine West
Jewelry:
Necklace: None--my shirt had a tie on it, and a necklace just looked awkward
Ring: Jules Ring
Arm Party: Bardot Spiral Bangle- GoldLindsay Bangle- OrangeEleanor Bangle

I love to layer my bangles--and right now if you have the Instagram App, add Stella & Dot as a friend because there is a current promo going on! Take a pic of your arm party, Instagram it and YOU could win $500 in jewelry!

Memorial Day Sale--Under $50

Happy Memorial Weekend!
Memorial Weekend is one of my favorite times of the year--it officially feels like SUMMER! I have always felt that Memorial Weekend is the kickoff to Summer--the pools open, the neighborhood smells like grill, watermelon and corn-on-the-cob (I'm a Nebraska girl...).
This year for Memorial Weekend, I will have to forego all the fun and hit the books...with a HUGE exam on Tuesday, I have no room to mess around.

But...to keep up with the Friday fashion I am doing a MEMORIAL SALE under $50 post.
Yes, for this weekend only--certain items will be on sale. I encourage you to check every thing out.
Today is the LAST day for the Hostess sale--for $30 purchased, you are entered to win FREE jewelry.

Memorial Sale Bracelets UNDER $50

1. The Corso Cuff ($41.30). This bracelet is adjustable and is a very versatile piece.

2. The Nugget Wrap Bracelet ($31.20). This bracelet has made an appearance once or twice before on this blog. It happens to be one of my personal fav's. I have this bracelet in silver, it also comes in gold. Easy to layer. It's a great piece--highly recommend!

3. The Pyramid Double Wrap Bracelet ($47.20). Another bracelet that has made an appearance on the blog--I think it's a sign, I need this bracelet. This is a great casual wear piece--great to layer!!

4. **SPLURGE** The Audrey Cluster Bracelet ($51. 75). This is a great piece that can look "fancy" but can also look "simple and classy." It's a versatile piece. It's an antiqued gold chain, with sparkly pave balls, acrylic pearls, and glass stones with champagne and chocolate "pops" of color.

Memorial Sale Necklaces UNDER $50

1. The Pave Ellipse Necklace ($48.30). A great, simple piece with a little bit of sparkle!

2. The Jezebel Pendant Necklace ($23.80). This is a brass oxidized pendant, inspired by a vintage locket. Every time I see this piece I think of Indiana Jones. I know, I'm so weird... I would pair this with either the gold nugget wrap bracelet and/or the Vintage Twist Bracelet-gold ($39.00)

3. The Ever After Necklace ($47.20). On a 16" gold chain with a lobster clasp. This would be a simple every day piece to wear. It would match with many different bracelets, rings or earrings.

Memorial Sale Earrings UNDER $50

1. The Devi CZ Hoop Earrings ($35.20). Gold hoops with a some shine (they also come in silver)! Put this with the Ever After Necklace and you have a complete look!

2.  The Corso Hoops ($27.30). Pair these simple beauties with the Corso cuff!

I encourage you to check out the rest of the Under $50 collection as well as the Memorial Sale!

Wishlist Wednesday

I've decided that every Wednesday I will post a few items that have caught my eye and share it with you all. Wednesday's are now "Wishlist Wednesday."
Now, you may be thinking..."how can a stylist have "wish list's" when they sell the product." Well....that's a great question, you see, I only have a limited collection of items and since I am on a student budget (which is not much), I have many items on my wish list!

So...here we go!
Category: Bracelets
Side note: I LOVE bracelets, hate watches (weird...I know)

1. The Zulu Cuff. This is a limited edition piece, that I would describe as a "diamond in the rough" kind of piece. The brass cuff with the scalloped detail on top is really interesting. I feel like this piece is an architecture's dream--it's a statement bracelet for sure!

2. The Luxor Link Bracelet. This bracelet has been in the press--you may have seen it in Redbook or People. It is a 12K gold bracelet geometric bracelet that is perfect alone or layered.

Category: Necklaces, specifically Charm Necklaces

1. The Liv Multi Charm Necklace. I've never been a "fan" of charm necklaces. I'm not exactly sure why...maybe my middle school days of "best friends forever" charm necklaces may have been why--you know, the necklaces where one person wears "best friends" the other wears "forever"..and it lasts for like 2 weeks. BUT this charm necklace is like a million times cooler--I like how this necklace has a little bit of gold, a little bit of silver, and a whole lot of class.
I have a lot that I could wear with this--so this piece would be a smart purchase for me!

2. The Third Time's a Charm Necklace. This piece has a lot to go around-gold, rose gold, silver and a pave ball all from a gold link chain. Flaunt this piece with a silver, gold, or rose gold bangle and you are set!

Want to book a show--Let's chat! email me! enanderson18@gmail.com
It only takes a few hours--and in the end you can earn FREE jewelry and half priced items!

Friday's Fabulous Under $50

I'm a day late on the Friday Fabulous Under $50 post...sorry, it's been quite a busy week!!

The focus of this Friday Fabulous Under $50 is: Necklaces

#1
My first pick is the Threaded Turquoise Necklace. I have this necklace, and I will admit I didn't like it at first. But now, it's grown on me. I have yet to wear it, but I think it would be perfect with a pair of capris, a solid colored button-up and a nice pair of sandals or wedges. The price of this necklace is: $49.00

To complete the look add either the: Charlize Teardrop Earrings ($34.00) or the Capri Chandelier Earrings ($49.00). If you wanted to add a bracelet the Signature Scallop and Leather Bracelet ($34.00) would be the perfect fit!

#2
The second pick for the week is the Vallen Pendant ($39.00). This necklace is on my "wish list" and will probably make my "Wednesday Wishlist" post. It is a very simple piece that would look great casual or dressed up. It is part of the Coral Collection that came out with the Summer 2012 line this past April.

To complete this look I would go for a pop of color with the Lindsay Bangle [turquoise and white are both $49.00 each]. If you wanted to add some earrings the Odette Hoops ($39.00) would look fantastic with this necklace.

#3
The third, and last pick for the week is the Panther Pendant Necklace ($49.00). I feel like this necklace is not only unique, but has a sassy feel to it.

To complete this look you could add the: Vintage Twist Bracelet ($39.00), the Soiree Studs- Hematite ($24.00),  and the Soiree Ring Trio.

These 3 looks complete the Friday Fabulous Under $50 post!
